Trebanos Rugby Football Club is proud to be an associate club of the Ospreys region (commonly known as "Ospreylia").

Many congratulations to Justin Tipuric, winner of the Osprey of the Year award at the Ospreys' recent end of season Elite Development awards night. Justin was the unanimous choice of all Ospreys staff members who have worked with him this season.

Congratulations also to Maesteg for bringing the SWALEC Plate home to Ospreylia. Commiserations to beaten finalists Kenfig Hill.

Congratulations to the Ospreys for being crowned Magners League champions after a fine display in Dublin against worthy opponents Leinster!!!!!
